The Cherry SX scissor mechanism on the keyboard, along with long-lasting key labels, produces extremely quiet keystrokes. The 2.4 GHz wireless keyboard and coordinating wireless mouse are nicely completed by a charging feature and AES encryption.

NiMH rechargeable batteries are used in the Cherry Stream Desktop Recharge, which may operate for months between charges. The keyboard and mouse can then be conveniently recharged through USB-C while you continue to work uninterrupted. To further extend battery life, the TV can even be turned off completely.

The keyboard has received the Blue Angel environmental designation.
