Can we offer Premium Delivery throughout the whole United Kingdom?
Mainland UK Yes, all other locations additional charges may apply.
What is the lead time from point of order to delivery and set up?
Delivery times are dependent on what you have ordered. Anything standard and in stock can be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Anything that is a bespoke build will take longer.
Can you choose a delivery date and time?
Standard delivery times are between the hours of 09:00-17:00. Once your equipment is ready our team will be able to give you a delivery date and 2-hour time slot.
What if I'm happy to assemble and set up my own chair or desk?
You are under no obligation to use our full Premium Delivery service. You can choose to have your chair or desk delivered self-assembly and set up.
