Standard Delivery:
Products are delivered to your door, a room of your choice for larger items.
Premium Delivery (Delivery including Removal and Recycle of Packaging, Assembly and Equipment Demo):
Our delivery technicians will assemble and demonstrate your new equipment at the time of delivery. Packaging will be removed from site and recycled by our technicians.
Remove & Recycle (Available exclusively with Premium Delivery):
We can also take care of removing your old office furniture, to create a seamless, clutter-free experience. Available exclusively with our premium delivery package, this service ensures a hassle-free transition to your new setup. All furniture will be ethically disposed of, including reusing non-defective parts or ensuring faulty parts are recycled in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with Environment Agency regulations.

Can we offer the full Premium Delivery throughout the whole United Kingdom?
Mainland UK Yes, all other locations additional charges may apply.
What is the lead time from point of order to delivery and set up?
Delivery times are dependent on what you have ordered. Anything standard and in stock can be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Anything that is a bespoke build will take longer.
Can you choose a delivery date and time?
Standard delivery times are between the hours of 09:00-17:00. Once your equipment is ready our team will be able to give you a delivery date and 2-hour time slot.
What if I'm happy to assemble and set up my own chair or desk?
You are under no obligation to use our full Premium Delivery service. You can choose to have your chair or desk delivered self-assembly and set up.
